1. No Return / No Exchange for Certain Products

Due to the customized and delicate nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Customized Thambulam Plates
2. Wedding Aarathi Plate Decorations
3. Seer Plate Decorations
4. Special-order or made-to-order items
5. Used, altered, or damaged items

Once delivered or collected, these items are considered final sale.

2. Returns Accepted Only for Damaged or Incorrect Products

We accept returns ONLY in the following cases:

1. You received a damaged item
2. You received the wrong product compared to your order

In such situations, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Please provide the following:

1. Order number
2. Clear photos/videos showing the issue
3. Packaging photos (if applicable)

3. Conditions for Return Approval

A return request will be approved only if:

1. The item is unused and in its original condition
2. All packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
3. Clear proof of damage or order mismatch is provided
